Garden Ballroom Wedding // The Adolphus Hotel // Ashton + Jake

Happy Wednesday, wedding loves! The sun is up and this wedding is shining! There is no better lighting than the lighting of the Adolphus Hotel‘s 19th floor ballroom. This room will put anyone in a great mood, we just love bringing flowers in there. We are absolutely head over heels for this special day with dreamy gold, mauve and velvet details.

Ashton and Jake are the sweetest couple and we love being a part of their wedding. These cute love birds celebrate every milestone at The Waffle House-birthdays, valentines, anniversaries! Jake even had a Waffle House shaped Groom’s cake! We love a good tradition! Ashton has great style and we LOVED dreaming up and designing her beautiful wedding with her and her super fab mom (bride/mom besties plan great weddings). Keeping the elegance of the The Adolphus but bringing in a fresh garden feel we could not be more in love with the way this wedding turned out. We are so obsessed with those BBJ Linen table cloths, that mauve velvet head tables brings so much warmth to the room!

This wedding was a flip, meaning we transformed the ceremony space to a reception room during happy hour. We were able to repurpose that stunning ceremony arch into the most perfect frame for the cake. Speaking of cake and linens, the floral table cloth on the cake table matched the napkins on the head table-we love a good detail yall! This wedding actually had two arches, there are the most inane arch in the hallway of the cocktail hour that welcomed guests into the ceremony and reception space! This is a great way to introduce your guests into the vibe of your wedding. Everything about the 19th floor ballroom screamed garden wedding and we can always get down with that!

As if we weren’t already madly in love with Ashton and Jake, their darling pup that made an appearance at Ashton’s bridal session and we just about died. Check out that pup’s lashes #goals! Ashton’s bridals at the Nasher Sculpture Garden totally blow us away. This is truly is one of our FAVORITE weddings of 2018!! We can’t forget Ashton’s killer dream team of vendors that made this day so flawless, and these photos from Kate Pease capture this special day with perfection!
