Colorful and Elegant Wedding // Park City Club // Grace + Jake

Happy Throwback Thursday! Take a journey with us back in time to February 2016, this gorgeous wedding truly stands the test of time and we love re-visiting this romantic and colorful beauty.

We LOVED everything about Grace + Jake’s wedding.  Grace is a classy timeless and eclectic kinda girl who loves color! She not only requested bold pops of colors in the bouquets but she wanted color to play a major role throughout the ceremony, and of course the reception.  My kinda girl! Her favorite flowers are peonies and garden roses, a super great combo especially when mixed with eucalyptus greenery.

Now let’s talk about that bridal bouquet! We are still loving all those shades of pink together framed with the perfectly wild greenery. Grace had the idea of wrapping her grandpa’s handkerchief around the base of the blooms too, such a meaningful ‘Something Blue’!

This head table is serious wedding goals! Grace knew she wanted to hang flowers over the head table so we set up two floating centerpieces filled with blooms and hanging votive candles to hang over the bridal party. To counter balance the drama of the head table, we kept the guest tables low with silver compotes full of colorful flowers, keeping with the main goal of COLOR.

Grace + Jake’s vendor team was awesome and the day ran so smoothly!  Events by Jules, Dyan Kethley Photography, and Park City Club made sure the day was extra perfect for the lovely couple.

Clearly we weren’t the only ones who loved this wedding! Brides of North Texas featured Grace and Jake on their blog, head over there to see more pics and read about their super romantic proposal!
