Vintage, Boho, laid-back wedding // Vista West Ranch // Carson + Matt
Happy New Year to all my favorite flower lovers! As you can tell we’re slowly getting back to the swing of things after the holidays. Did the flu get anyone else down this year? Our little household got hit hard but we are on the mend and ready to hit the ground running in 2018.
Did anyone get engaged over the holidays? Although December is typically a pretty slow month for weddings it’s by far the most popular month for engagements! Which means January is wedding planning kick off month for some of you. Welcome to all our new brides and grooms to be, please feel free to reach out if you’re ready to start talking FLORALS!
Speaking of engagements, have we got a good story for you on this #throwbackthursday! Carson and Matt shared their RomCom worthy love story on Magnolia Rouge a few years back and we just had to do a post on them to share this goodness with yall! We were honored to design the bouquets (did you know we offer that as a service?) for this gorgeous DIY boho wedding and created some wild, whimsical and plush florals to go with this Free People inspired bridal party. This was a family affair- Carson’s grandparents helped collect tin cans for centerpieces, the father of the bride literally chopped a tree for some wooden accents and the bride herself printed off vintage labels to give the tablescapes a unique and personal touch. This wedding is serious GOALS!
Enjoy these photos from the ever wonderful Charla Storey, and talented planning group Grit + Gold weddings. Do yourself a favor by heading over to Magnolia Rouge to read this sweet couple’s fairytale love story that all started with a swoon-worthy British accent. Who can resist that?!
