Elegant Garden Wedding // Marie Gabrielle Restaurant // Gillian + Eric

Happy Wedding Wednesday, my friends! How’s everyone’s week going? Anyone else coming off a serious sugar comma from Easter? I for one have been riding that candy train through the week. I’d be lying if I said I haven’t snuck a few chocolates from Hunter’s Easter basket the past few days, please tell me I’m not the only mama doing this!

Today’s wedding is a real beaut! I love designing flowers for weddings at Marie Gabrielle right here in Dallas. The elegant yet natural outdoor restaurant is the perfect venue for a dreamy garden wedding! We jumped at the chance to work with Gillian and Eric, they are a super fun couple with a whole lot of style. Thanks to Elizabeth from Silver Lining Events for the intro. We love Elizabeth’s ideas, she really gets to know her brides and helps to create something very specific for each of her weddings. She’s the perfect planner for any bride looking to create a wedding that truly reflects the personalities of the couple.

We kept the reception florals light with whites, greens and a pop of peach. We really wanted the centerpieces to compliment those gorgeous copper napkins and navy plates in the table settings. We stuck with lots of dark reds, rusty oranges and fruits for the cocktail hour arrangements as a nod to fall for this October wedding. Our lead designer, Delaney, built that incredible apple tree you see on that heavenly cheese table! Such an incredible statement and we’re totally obsessed with it!

Can we talk about that arch?! Love the copper colored roses and lushness of that gorgeous thing, who wouldn’t want to get married under that! We loved this wedding and the beautiful photos thanks to the talented A Sea of Love, we hope you enjoy!
