Trick or Treat // Halloween Party

BOO!!! Happy Halloween!! How is everyone celebrating tonight? Or are you Halloweened out after a whole weekend in costume? It’s so funny how Halloween has changed over the years. When you’re a kid it’s all about trick or treating and filling a pillowcase with as much candy as you can get your hands on. In college, this holiday can last 3 days and is all about parties, costumes and potions (cocktails). Now that we’re parents this holiday is still about costumes and parties but less cocktails and more candy! We’re taking Hunter trick or treating tonight and I can’t wait to see his little face when he finds out all our neighbors are going to give him candy!

Last year we got together with some of our favs to create the perfect party for both kids and their parents to help everyone get in the holiday spirit. Halloween doesn’t have to be all black and orange, we loved designing these centerpieces with the gold, black and deep jewel tones that bring out the beauty of fall and Halloween. Also, how cute are these “Drink Me” tags? I love the sophistication of the adult table and the playful and spooky kid’s table, those bats! The only people who love a kid’s table more than parents are their kids!!

How cute are these little guys?! Also, I’m now really into a witch with a bouquet! Duh, who needs a broomstick? Bouquets are just as magical if you ask us.
