Throwback Thursday // Andrew and Raquel’s Glamping Engagement Session
We are throwing it back on this glorious Thursday in honor of my upcoming wedding anniversary. I was looking through some old photos the other day and stumbled upon some goodies from mine and Andrew’s engagement session. After almost two years of marriage, a now grown up pup and a 9 month old little babe it’s so fun to look back and see how far we’ve come!
Even though this was 3 years ago (wow time flies), I still LOVE the fun glamping theme our dear friend and talented photographer, Alyssa Turner, came up with for our engagements! Andrew and I both love the outdoors, road trips and camping so we definitely wanted to incorporate those elements. We decided to head out to Cedar Hill State Park in an old VW bus and set up a picture perfect campsite as our background.
Once we found the perfect spot, we set up our glam little campsite with smores, cozy pillows and flowers-duh! I just love the sunflower filled lantern and wild flower vases. What’s a campsite without a settee and coffee table, right?
