Sophisticated Fall Shoot // 100 Layer Cake // Hickory Street Annex

Happy Wednesday and the last day of November! This has been one busy, beautiful and fulfilling fall for R Love! We’ve had 20 weddings, 5 events and 10 floral classes! We are so beyond grateful for our brides, grooms, clients and students- thank you for allowing us to wake up everyday grateful and excited for what we get to create and design! This has been our biggest wedding season yet and we couldn’t have done it without your support!

On top of all of our events this season, we also went through a total website rebrand! I’m super obsessed with the new clean look of our site and owe a major shout out to the ever-so talented, Nicole with Sweet Southern Pixels! Nicole worked her magic and helped us create a user-friendly website including an updated ‘Services’ tab and a gallery that we could not be more proud of! Don’t forget to check out our “About Us” page to get to know us and take a peek at all our featured weddings and events 🙂

Onto some sophisticated fall love! Even though fall isn’t officially over until December 21st, today feels like the last day before the crazy Christmas mayhem comes charging through! So today, we’re soaking up our favorite fall candles, savoring our pumpkin spice lattes and swooning over all our favorite fall wedding florals. Including this oldie but goldie from 2014, one of our favorites, Nicole Berrett, set up this styled and sophisticated fall photo shoot and we are still so in love with it’s rich fall tones.

We love incorporating seasonal fruits to our designs, it’s such an easy way to add so much dimension to your seasonal tables capes. We went with pears for fall but also think peaches in the summer and pomegranates in the winter! Still so obsessed with these bouquets filled with scabiosa, garden rose, eucalyptus and to die for, Silk & Willow ribbon. If you’re loving this look as much as we are, head over to 100 Layer Cake to see the whole shoot!
